Chen Yi Ying

Self-introduction：
I am from Changhua, Taiwan. I have a calm personality and am known for being responsible, observant, and
dedicated. I hold a bachelor's degree in Lifestyle Creativity Design from Overseas Chinese University. After
graduation, I worked as a visual designer at Chienkuo Technology University, gaining hands-on experience in
design implementation. I have also been engaged in freelance design projects and private tutoring, focusing on
art-based learning and mathematics education for children. These experiences have strengthened my interest in
educational communication and creative guidance. I previously spent a year working in Japan, which allowed me
to develop cross-cultural communication skills. I currently hold a JLPT N3 certification and continue to improve
my Japanese proficiency. At present, I am pursuing a master's degree at National Yunlin University of Science
and Technology, specializing in Design Management. My research focuses on the role of design in crossfunctional
communication, service process optimization, and organizational strategy. Through participating in the
DSDT (Design x Service Design Thinking) Seed Teacher Certification Program, I hope to further enhance myfacilitation and teaching skills. I aim to integrate design thinking with management practices, applying them to
educational settings, local initiatives, and organizational development—ultimately creating positive impact
through design.
