The 9th '2021 Linker Unlimited Possibilities - National Creative Marketing and Entrepreneurship Competition' focuses on the marketing, development, and promotion of Taiwan's characteristic industries, tourism and leisure, and Soc-Tou Weaving Socks. The competition integrates creative innovation and entrepreneurship by establishing themes through the organizers and co-organizers, with 'Creative Marketing' as the core. It utilizes marketing copywriting, planning, multimedia production, and cultural and creative product design to enlist the assistance of young, innovative minds in promoting industrial tourism, uncovering new business opportunities, revitalizing local markets, and ultimately achieving the goals of 'Industrial Innovation Optimization Transformation' and 'Community Stable Development.' This initiative aims to give back to society and contribute to the concerted effort to enhance Taiwan's industries and societal well-being.

The Ministry of Education has released the recipients of the 5th edition (Year 111) of the "National Industry-University Collaboration Master Award."
